Christmas order deadline is December 1st for all orders outside of Kelowna, BC, Canada.
1. How long will my package take to arrive?
Answer: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive from the date of purchase. Over-seas orders (Australia, NZ, U.K etc) may take up to 2-8 weeks. Small sticker orders alone & are shipped via letter mail, shipping times vary depending on the postal system at the time.As we ship from Canada there is tendency for delays from Canada post. Monday is also our shipment date, so with that being said, any orders placed on a Monday may not be shipped out until the following Monday.
2. Will I receive a tracking number?
Answer: For packages such as single shirt orders, stickers and accessories there are no tracking numbers provided as we ship these products using small packet air. Tracked shipping on these products is very expensive. Express shipping options are available however only by custom email request. Larger orders, such as hoodies, and multi shirt orders do allow for a tracking number. If you wish to receive a tracking number, please specify in the notes section before checkout. Any questions about the status of your order can be asked via email, we monitor our emails 24/7 so email response time is very fast!
3. My package arrived but I received the wrong item!
Answer: Human errors do occur so please contact us via email! Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So please express your concerns or problem via email and we will be quick to sort it out for you. If the item received is wrong in anyway we will either 100% refund you money or send you the proper product on our next shipment Monday.
4. Who produces and designs your products?
Answer: All of your products are designed, printed, and produced in house by our expert staff to ensure our standard of quality is met.
4. Can I have free stuff?!
Answer: Yes you can! Purchase any one of our products and you will receive free AH die cut stickers in the package.
4. Is there a sizing chart?!
Answer: Yes there is (for most products). For our 1 of 1 apparel we can provide specific measurements as per your request. For our other clothing that is readily available, we offer sizing charts in the form of a link in the product description. If you cannot find said link, please send us an email prior to ordering if you have any sizing concerns! Thank you!
4. Will you sponsor me?
Answer: We do provide sponsorship's in many situations. If you participate in extreme sports, team sports, drift/race cars, professionally compete in e-sports or just all around kick ass, please send us an email with a detailed message explaining why you would make a perfect fit for our team. Please provide competition statistics, published media etc.
